File Processing and Workflow Delays (US Only) - 29/05/2026 [Resolved]

We are aware of an issue in the US region which is causing delays to file processing and potentially impacting application of workflow. The issue is with a 3rd party provider Microsoft Azure.

Microsoft have updated that services are starting to return to normal. We have re-queued any stuck reports and they are reprocessing.

We will provide a further update at 9:00am BST Monday 1st June.
