Updated

We're excited to announce our latest set of release items for NXG. Below are release notes providing an overview on various enhancements, additions, and fixes which will hopefully improve your experience of the product.

If you would like more information on any of the items in these, or previous release notes, then please reach out to your CSM for assistance.

Transactions

- Last Processed Indicator: Transaction category cards on the overview dashboard now display a "last processed" timestamp, showing when category rules were most recently applied to transactions. This provides transparency on data processing timing and helps users understand when category statistics were last updated

- Summary View - Addition of Last Comment: The transaction summary grid now includes the ability to add a "Last Comment" column through the customizable columns feature, with full export capability. This enhancement allows users to review the most recent comments added to transactions directly from the summary view

Suppliers

- Deactivation Workflow Terminology: The supplier interface has been updated with clearer terminology, changing "flagged for deactivate" to "tasked for deactivation" across all supplier pages to improve user understanding and workflow clarity

- Quick Export for Deactivation Tasks: A new "Download" button has been added to the tasked for deactivation card, allowing users to quickly export a list of all suppliers flagged for deactivation. This streamlines the process of bulk deactivating suppliers in external ERP systems without navigating to the insights page

- Improved Cleansing Dashboard Filtering: The supplier cleansing dashboard has been enhanced to display only active suppliers who are dormant, removing unknown and inactive suppliers from counts and tables. This focuses users on suppliers they can actually workflow and manage, reducing visual noise and improving workflow efficiency

Statement Reconciliation & Custom Reporting

- Enhanced Custom Dashboard Reporting: New statement-level statuses are now available for reporting in Custom Dashboards, enabling users to build comprehensive reports showing reconciliation process stages and team productivity. This includes the ability to track auto-reconciled statements and manual reconciliation activities

- Advanced Line Item Reporting: Line-level end states are now reportable in Custom Dashboards, allowing users to quantify and track the value delivered through their statement reconciliation work. Users can now create detailed reports showing counts of refund received, credit received, and other resolution types

Bug Fixes

- Fixed Dashboard Visualization Issues: Resolved display issues with the insights doughnut tile that were affecting data visualization clarity and accuracy in statement reconciliation dashboards

- Resolved Statement Column Navigation Issue: Fixed an issue where resizing or moving columns during statement mapping would cause the interface to unexpectedly switch to a different supplier's statement without user warning or confirmation. This enhancement ensures users maintain their working context during statement reconciliation activities
