Suppliers
- Supplier Search Functionality: Fixed an issue where the search functionality in the Suppliers module was not working as expected. Users can now successfully search for suppliers using partial name matches, supplier reference numbers, and other search terms across all Suppliers tables. This resolves the issue where certain suppliers were not appearing in search results despite being present in the system and visible in Transactions.
Statement Reconciliation
- Enhanced Manual Credit Matching: Improved the manual credit matching interface with clearer labels and enhanced functionality. The modal header now displays "Add Matches" for better clarity, tooltips have been updated to "Match Credits" and "Match Invoices" for precise guidance, and search functionality has been enhanced to include amount-based searches. The interface now automatically displays available credits and invoices for the selected supplier, streamlining the matching workflow for both Statement Reconciliation and Transactions users.
- Statement Reconciliation Upload Menu Access: Resolved an issue where the drop-down menu in Insights > Statement Uploads > Uploads > Review Uploads was hidden or moved off the page following a recent release. The menu is now properly accessible to all Statement Reconciliation customers, restoring full functionality for reviewing and managing statement uploads.
- Statement Mapping Improvement: Fixed an issue where previously saved statement mapping configurations were not being consistently remembered for subsequent uploads. The system now correctly retains your column mapping preferences, ensuring that invoice numbers and other fields are mapped to the correct columns as you configured them, reducing the need to re-map statements from the same supplier.
- Date Range Filter Correction: Resolved an issue where date range filters were not displaying all statements within the selected period. The date range filter now correctly includes all statements within the specified start and end dates, ensuring complete visibility of your statement data.
