We're excited to announce our latest set of release items for NXG.
Below are release notes providing an overview on various enhancements, additions, and fixes which will hopefully improve your experience of the product.

Cross-Product
- Improved Export Column Names: Column headers in exported data now use clear, human-readable names instead of internal database field names. This makes it easier to understand and work with downloaded data in spreadsheets and other tools.
- Automatic Header Row Detection: When uploading files, the system now automatically identifies the header row and ignores any extra rows above it. This reduces upload errors for files that contain additional information at the top, such as report titles or metadata.
- Faster File Processing: Improved processing performance for large data files, reducing wait times when uploading and processing high-volume transaction and supplier data.
Transactions
- Credit Matching Fix: Resolved an issue where credit notes were not matching correctly against transactions. Credits now match as expected, ensuring accurate duplicate detection results.
- Sorting with Group By: Fixed an issue where sorting was not applied correctly when using the Group By feature. Your selected sort order now works consistently across grouped transaction views.
Statement Reconciliation
- Workflow Dashboard Loading Fix: Resolved an issue where the Statement Reconciliation Workflow dashboard could become stuck on a loading screen. The dashboard now loads reliably, ensuring uninterrupted access to your reconciliation workflow.
- Trailing Character Matching Rules: Fixed an issue where rules configured to ignore trailing characters were not being applied during statement matching. These rules now work correctly, improving automatic match accuracy.
Suppliers
- Dormancy Filters Restored: Resolved an issue where filters on the Dormancy page were not displaying correctly. All expected filter options are now available, allowing you to accurately filter and review dormant supplier records.
