We're excited to announce our latest set of release items for NXG. Below are release notes providing an overview on various enhancements, additions, and fixes which will hopefully improve your experience of the product.

Suppliers

- Enhanced Dormancy Management: The dormancy page has been upgraded with powerful new workflow management capabilities to streamline your supplier dormancy process:
 - Direct Threshold Configuration: A new link from the dormancy page allows instant access to your no-activity threshold settings, making it easier to adjust dormancy criteria without navigating through multiple pages
 - Exclusions Tracking and Management: Track and manage suppliers you've excluded from dormancy monitoring with a dedicated "View Exclusions" button that filters your view to show only excluded suppliers. An exclusion filter has also been added to the dormancy page filters for enhanced visibility and control
 - Quick Actions: New quick action buttons enable you to task suppliers for deactivation or exclude them from dormancy monitoring directly from the dormancy page, significantly reducing the steps needed to manage your supplier lifecycle

Statement Reconciliation

- Custom Reporting Enhancement - Statement Name Field: The statement file name is now available as a field in custom reporting, allowing you to add this information to your custom reports for enhanced tracking and data manipulation. This improvement provides greater flexibility in how you organize and analyze your statement reconciliation activities

Bug Fixes

- Resolved User Permissions Page Refresh Issue: Fixed an issue where the user permissions page would continuously refresh in a loop when administrators were updating user permissions. The page now functions correctly, allowing normal permission updates without interruption
