Files are processing but slowly and is affecting all file types.

The cause is being investigated and we will provide an update at 11:00 AM.

Update 11:02 AM - issue is still being investigated but files are processing. Will update again at 12:00 PM.

Update 12:02 PM - issue is now resolved and all files have processed.
