We identified a problem Wednesday 21st Jan with the way potential risks were identified during the morning’s processing, which has resulted in NXG returning an unusually large volume of risks. 

This behaviour was not expected, and our development teams investigated and applied a fix.

The excessive risks are all showing as 'None' risks in the risk list. These can be ignored and have been removed automatically. We recommend that customers work through the remaining risks (ignoring 'None' risks) as these are valid.

The fix has been applied and almost all customers should now see normal volumes of risk lists.
