Updated 10:34, 25/02/2026 - Our developers are continuing to work on a fix for today’s issues. We understand the impact this will be having on our customers, and we want to assure you that the team is working urgently to restore site performance and file processing to normal levels as quickly as possible.
Updated 12:18, 25/02/2026 - We are beginning to see improvements in file processing and are actively working through the backlog. We expect files to start completing soon, after which today’s potential risks will become available.

Update 13:20, 25/002/2026 - File processing has now completed for the majority of affected customers. A small number remain in progress, but we expect those to finish shortly.
