We are aware of some issues accessing NXG sites or slowness navigating and using NXG. 

Initial investigation shows this to be a global Cloudflare issue which is affecting all regions.

Cloudflare provides increased security and performance website services for business across the world including NXG Forensics, unfortunately on rare occasions there are brief outages which can result in the error message you are seeing today.

Update 12:30 GMT: Confirmed as a Cloudflare issue affecting all regions. Cloudflare have been investigating and services are starting to recover although it may take some time to be back to normal. We will provide an update at 13:00 GMT.

Update 12:38 GMT: Cloudflare services are returning to normal. NXG sites are now accessible although there might be some slowness or intermittent issues as services recover. Next update at 13:00 GMT.

Update 13:00 GMT: Cloudflare are still investigating and services are intermittent. NXG may be intermittently available at this time. Next update at 13:30 GMT.
