The issue with slow processing of all file types (Transactions, Supplier and Employees) in NXG has now been resolved after the engineers identified and rectified an issue.
As a result of the issue earlier we are aware that customers may not see any new risks so we are reprocessing all customers data.
Customers in EU and US regions are now up to date.
