File processing has now completed for everyone impacted, and overall site performance should be back to normal. We will continue to closely monitor performance and file processing over the coming days, although we do not anticipate the issue returning.

13/02/2026 - We wanted to let you know that some of our customers are experiencing longer than normal file processing this morning. We sincerely apologise for the delay, this isn’t the experience we aim to deliver. Our team is actively working to fix the issue delaying file processing as quickly as possible, and we’ll notify you as soon as files are moving again.
16/02/2026 - All fixes have been applied and all customers file processing has returned to normal.
